Loved this read. Interest, advancement, and resources go where the money flows, and anti-aging in women has always been a money maker. Another reason it’s so important to keep grant funding flowing towards our research institutions whose interest aren’t fueled by popularity, or pocket-lining, but by progress.

Great points made. I suppose vanity is more lucrative and easier to figure out how to fix than things like menopause or disease, but also, clearly society is more interested in our outside appearances than our health. Throw it in the pile of all the shit that’s wrong in this world. She does look great though. I guess Mar-a-Lago face is a choice.

exactly - just like its easier for tech bros to go to space than fix world hunger where 8,500 children starve to death each day

aging is a privilege and one of the realities of the human existence. It's uncanny to do everything in your power to hide the inevitable

Great read and spot on! This family disgusts me. They could be doing so much more with their money that helps women

If you look at her hands in the first picture, they are blurred. Hands are a giveaway for age – they have spots, wrinkles, and less fat so the skin looks crepey. What we are seeing here are highly polished images that don’t show us what the rest of her look like. And… Who cares?

Really enjoyed your article. The KKKardashians are agents of the patriarchy. They will always advocate for unattainable wealth, power and beauty.

I think the whole lot of them are abhorrent, some with misshaped bodies that they try to,pass off as beautiful. They are a laughingstock, Financially well off, but a laughingstock. The emperor is naked.

Yes, yes, one thousand times yes to everything you’ve said here. The double standards in medical developments - when it’s more important to make women look good than actually research and find effective treatments for genuine medical issues faced by millions of women (e.g. breast cancer and endometriosis). I say this as a former medical researcher who had to fight hard for funding to research genuine medical issues. Thank you for this article!

Excellent read. This made me think a little deeper about beauty trends and the impossible standards most try to live up to.
